Norwalk, CT, June 1, 2019 – Chateaux, a technology services and solutions company, has relocated its Connecticut headquarters to 149 Water Street in Norwalk’s vibrant SoNo district. The relocation will accommodate the company’s rapid business growth and expansion into emerging technologies and microservices, as well as its continuation of services in application development and integration, data management, analytics, and cloud services.
“As a Norwalk native, I’m excited to be part of the town again,” stated Mark Montanaro, SVP of Chateaux. “The proximity to Washington St., the train station, and other local amenities makes it an exciting location for Chateaux’s future. The recent growth and investment occurring in town also made this an attractive option over nearby areas.”
The larger, contemporary space was custom designed for Chateaux and features an open floor plan to support teamwork and accommodate a growing staff, which is projected to continue increasing in the coming years. Two state-of-the-art conference rooms support enhanced collaboration with national and global clients and internal teams.
“Scalability has been one of the top priorities for the move,” Montanaro added. “The new location allows just that with abundant square footage, plenty of parking, and an accommodating landlord—we found quite the gem.”
Located on the coast of the Norwalk River, the location offers convenient access to I-95 and the Merritt Parkway as well as the South Norwalk Train Station, which serves MetroNorth and Amtrak.
Prior to relocating, Chateaux spent 19 years headquartered in Westport, Conn. The company was founded in Florida in 1985. In addition to its Norwalk headquarters, Chateaux has offices in Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, and Bangalore, India.
