Season’s Greetings! What a year it has been here at Chateaux! I have to say the Chateaux team has done an outstanding job enduring from the moment Covid-19 hit.
Just after settling into our beautiful brand-new HQ office overlooking Norwalk harbor, we had to abruptly pack up and scurry home. It was as if your high school math teacher said, “Pencils down, go home, but don’t come back until next year!”
After the initial shock wore off, the Chateaux team amazed with a seamless transition to a virtual work environment without missing a beat. Fortunately, we are in an industry where work location is not as crucial as it once was, and so we adapted to remote life with ease.
We communicated closely with all of our clients and partners and were able to consistently deliver in one of the most challenging times in the history of Chateaux and the global economy. Our digital transformation team even won Sitefinity’s Website of the Year Award in the Public Sector category for their work on Aquarion’s water utility website. This recognition is a testament to the team’s diligence and expertise.
As we look to a brighter 2021, we are grateful to have a team, culture, and work methodology here at Chateaux that’s built on an established thirty-five-year history of consistently delivering the highest quality service to our clients.
