Chateaux is nominated for a 2021 Sitefinity Website of the Year award in the Insurance category for our ecommerce work for Homeowner Safety Valve, a leading provider of water and sewer line protection plans to over 100 communities across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
Since 2011, the Sitefinity Website of the Year Awards have recognized innovative websites that leverage the power, features, and capabilities of Progress Sitefinity to create outstanding user experience. Last year, Chateaux took home the award in the Public Sector category for our web redesign work for Aquarion Water Company. Previous award winners also include sites for Best Western, World Health Organization, Aston Martin, Blackbaud, and Tropicana.
Our digital transformation and data management teams collaborated to transform Homeowner Safety Valve’s safetyvalveplans.com from information-only into a self-service ecommerce website built using Sitefinity. Chateaux equipped the new site with a fully revamped account management and enrollment process system that lets customers fulfill their buying journey and manage their plans online. New CRM integration provides business users with deeper analytics, cleaner data, and mechanisms to promote customer growth.
