Architects, developers, project managers, technologists, and analysts work in each office to provide world-class tech services our clients.
Our enthusiasm for tech solutions and our strong camaraderie allows us to stay connected to each other, our clients, and the tasks at hand, whether virtually or in-person. However, it isn’t all work, work, work. We make it fun for everyone, from group lunches and company happy hours to charity runs and field trips. This winning combination is the key to our success.
USA Team
Chateaux was founded in Florida in 1985 by Ken Zimmerman. In the early aughts, Ken moved the company to Connecticut, where it was headquartered in Westport, CT, until 2019. Chateaux’s US hub is now located in Norwalk, CT, steps away from the Norwalk River in the historic SoNo district. Here you will find our administrative and sales teams working alongside project managers and developers. When not engaging in projects, you can find the team gathering at rooftop happy hours, running in road races together, enjoying a round of golf, or even volunteering in the community. The team is so close knit that Chateaux employees from our Tampa, Florida, and Boston, MA, offices are even known to travel to HQ just to attend our annual holiday party. (It’s true: we throw some legendary events!)

Podshore Division
Chateaux’s Podshore Division, located in Bangalore, India, opened in 2018 to better serve its growing portfolio of clients. Wholly owned and operated by Chateaux, the Podshore subsidiary delivers expert IT consulting services using the latest tech innovations and trends from all corners of the world. The Podshore team is comprised of technical talent ranging from developers and technologists to QA leads and analysts. The team stays motivated and connected by taking group field trips and encouraging other teambuilding activities, and ensuring that all team members are acknowledged and celebrated for their achievements.
Contractors
We are committed to ensuring that client projects are supported with the highest level of expertise possible and that means providing a well-rounded team. Chateaux is lucky to have an elite network of skilled contractors from around the globe available to provide additional support to our diverse, full-time team when the need arises. Our contractors have been located in the USA, Canada, Great Britain, and Australia–we are truly a global team!
