Mr. Ahl brings 25 years of healthcare leadership experience and is passionate about achieving outstanding results through the discovery of new growth and improvement opportunities, customer-centricity, and a deep understanding of the hospital space.
Mr. Ahl, as Managing Director of Press Ganey, built and led a consulting team to re-establish market presence and generate growth in the Midwest. In prior experience, he worked in the research space for Coleman Research, acting as a healthcare specialist for alternative investors and as SVP of Ipsos, leading strategic growth initiatives after serving as founder and principal consultant for Meridian Healthcare Consulting. Mr. Ahl also served as one of four senior growth leaders at GE Healthcare, achieving the distinction as #1 revenue-producing leader.
He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Chateaux Software, an emerging technology company, and the Board of Advisors for the Investment Management Institute, an education organization servicing institutional investors. Mr. Ahl completed a business program at Cornell University and holds a BA in English from the University of Connecticut. He lives in Westport, CT with his wife and 4 children, and enjoys classic cars, sailing and paddle tennis.

David Berry is an award-winning multi-industry and innovative CIO/CTO who has dealt with technology and value-chain disruptions, and delivered strategic, innovative technologies at world-class organizations. Mr. Berry received the coveted CIO 100 Award for outstanding ROI (415%) for integrating a $1B acquisition in less than a year.
As a recognized CIO/CTO, Mr. Berry has led business transformations in multiple industries across the globe, including QSR, retail, food, cosmetics, apparel, insurance, high-tech, and software – on a global scale. He has held the most senior Technology Executive responsibilities for AGRO Merchants Group, Burger King, Häagen-Dazs, PepsiCo, Dannon, Coty, Polycom, TOMS Shoes, ascena retail group, HomeServe USA, Daymon Worldwide, lululemon athletica, and Bombardier in Montreal.
Mr. Berry leads global technology teams to innovate via executing strategic, cross- functional implementations of global systems from front-end QSR POS/CRM, eCommerce and digital/mobile to back-end systems; and rapidly integrating acquired businesses. His expertise is to quickly gain creditability of the technology function, establish relationships and governance, institute customer engagement across an enterprise, and deliver strategic technology and digital business systems.
His achievements include strategic implementation of the first QSR color, touch point-of-sale at Burger-King and balanced score cards. At lululemon, he delivered retail ‘peak’ without incident and implemented major new systems in less than a year. At Daymon, he outsourced infrastructure and applications development, and forged a SaaS digital strategy for the company in less than a year. Mr. Berry implemented SAP for TOMS Shoes in a record ten months, including BI and real-time integration in three countries. At ascena retail group, he developed and sold-in a three-year $150m technology strategy, a new technology organization design and data center consolidation program in five months. He has implemented SAP in 16 countries and five languages, Greenfield ERP and POS implementations at Häagen-Dazs in France, and supply-chain redesign at Dannon.
Mr. Berry holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Pace University with a major in Information Systems. He speaks basic French and Spanish and has been published in several European and US magazines. Mr. Berry is a member of several professional organizations including the International Executive Resource Group, SIM, and the CIO Executive Council, and maintains a Board of Advisor role with Chateaux, Kaleo Software, SAMPRAD.net, and networked.co.

Mr. Molfetas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Pace University and an MBA in marketing from Fordham University.
Vice President, Business Technology, Nice-Pak Products, Inc.
Mr. Puglisi is a senior business and technology professional with extensive experience managing complex business and technical environments across industries. He has repeatedly maximized the effectiveness of existing staff and improved relationships with business leaders.
Most recently Mr. Puglisi acted as Vice President, Business Technology at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. Prior to this, he joined QDMH as Vice President and Chief Information Officer with responsibility for technology throughout the global operations of the company.
As VP and Chief Information Officer for EMCOR Group Inc., the world’s leader in specialty construction, facilities services and energy infrastructure, he served for over ten years. Mr. Puglisi was responsible for technology strategy and direction for over 75 operating companies throughout the US, Canada and the UK.
Mr. Puglisi has also served as VP and CIO at Chartwell Re, a major insurance and reinsurance company, and as Corporate Director of IT Lehrer McGover Bovis, one of the largest Construction Management firms in the world. Mr. Puglisi began his business career as a partner of a quantitative marketing analysis and consulting company for over 14 years.
Mr. Puglisi received a BS and MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He serves on several other advisory boards, is president of the local chapter of SIM and sits on the Executive Counsel of the Cloud Computing Consortium at Stevens Institute.
