Vice President, Information Technology, Nice Pak / PDI
Mr. Puglisi is a senior business and technology professional with extensive experience managing complex business and technical environments across industries. He has repeatedly maximized the effectiveness of existing staff and improved relationships with business leaders.
Most recently Mr. Puglisi joined QDMH as Vice President and Chief Information Officer with responsibility for technology throughout the global operations of the company.
Prior to this, he was VP and Chief Information Officer for EMCOR Group Inc., the world’s leader in specialty construction, facilities services and energy infrastructure for over ten years. Mr. Puglisi was responsible for technology strategy and direction for over 75 operating companies throughout the US, Canada and the UK.
Mr. Puglisi has also served as VP and CIO at Chartwell Re, a major insurance and reinsurance company, and as Corporate Director of IT Lehrer McGover Bovis, one of the largest Construction Management firms in the world. Mr. Puglisi began his business career as a partner of a quantitative marketing analysis and consulting company for over 14 years.
Mr. Puglisi received a BS and MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He serves on several other advisory boards, is president of the local chapter of SIM and sits on the Executive Counsel of the Cloud Computing Consortium at Stevens Institute.
Chief Marketing Officer, Amtrak
With more than 25 years in the information technology industry, Jason Molfetas brings vast experience to his position at Recall. As a direct report to the President and Chief Operating Officer, Jason leads a global IT team responsible for strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of IT systems for Recall worldwide. Jason also has a key role in devising ways in which technology can be used as a tool to provide responsive and timely results for Recall’s customers.
Previously, Jason served has served as Chief Information Officer at Westcon Group. Prior to that, he held global executive positions at Xerox Engineering Systems and Pearson Technologies, PLC. His career also includes experience with other multinational organizations such as Pepsi Cola, Dannon Inc., and Unisys.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Pace University and an MBA in marketing from Fordham University.
Chief Information Officer, Lululemon Athletica
David Berry is an accomplished Global Chief Information Officer in the food and beverage, cosmetics, retail, manufacturing, and high-tech sectors with successes in global branded companies such as TOMS Shoes, Polycom Inc, Coty Inc, Diageo plc (Häagen-Dazs, GrandMet Foods Europe, Burger King Corp), Dannon, and Pepsico.
Dave is a true leader of multicultural, global teams where he has provided inspiration, vision, and innovation in everything he pursues. His energy, work ethic, and strategic vision resulted in receiving the CIO 100 Award in 2007.
Dave entered the global arena as the IT Director USA with The Dannon Company (Groupe Danone) where he led and implemented Dannon’s migration from store door delivery to warehouse distribution.
He joined Grand Metropolitan plc’s (now Diageo plc) Häagen-Dazs’ unit as VP, Worldwide Information Systems where he revamped IT, implemented an ERP system in the US and France, and point-of‐sale retail systems for company flagship restaurants in Europe. After two years at Häagen‐Dazs, he transferred to Paris, France as VP, European IT and Business Processes where he led the selection and implementation of SAP (a first for GrandMet) in seven European countries covering over eighteen disparate food businesses.
Dave then assumed the CIO position for GrandMet’s Burger King unit in Miami where he changed the hospitality point-‐of-‐sale industry by implementing color touch screen technology in over 500 company-‐owned and franchised restaurants. Dave also implemented the first information warehouse and performance management system for Burger King.
Upon completion of the merger between GrandMet & Guinness plc that formed Diageo, Dave joined Coty Inc as the Global CIO based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At Coty, he developed and implemented an IT strategy of multilingual, common business systems, processes, and infrastructure based on SAP (ERP, BI, CRM), Manugistics, and other global systems throughout Europe and North America. During this time, Dave led and developed the M&A playbook to quickly integrate acquired companies into Coty; led the commercial implementation of the euro; and transformed a disparate 28 country IT organization into a global business delivery capability.
After 12 years as Coty’s CIO, he left Coty to pursue interim CIO management. His most recent position before HomeServe was at TOMS Shoes, Inc, and previously Interim CIO for Polycom, Inc.
