About the Position:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will partner with our rapidly growing sales, marketing and technology teams to improve efficiency through technical execution and contribute to the rapid growth of the organization. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will drive all day-to-day operations of the platform and design, develop and implement new solutions essential to our equipment financing business.

As a member of our technology team, you should be highly organized, proactive and comfortable operating in a dynamic team environment.


  • Administration
    • Solely responsible for all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user support, data management, lead distribution, field creation and configuration, report creation, dashboard management
    • Administer licensing and track user metrics for reporting and visibility
    • Manage data migration and mass data uploads and maintain data integrity though database de-duping and clean-up activities
    • Resolve system problems, address users’ requests and troubleshoot
  • Training
    • Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training and support as the platform evolves and new tools are implemented
    • Disseminate knowledge of best practices and serve as a thought leader to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce for the entire organization
  • Strategy and Growth
    • Collaborate with various departments to determine organization needs, translate business requirements into practical solutions and reasonably estimate time for projects
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, usability and reporting capabilities
    • Design, build, test and implement new solutions and functionality to empower users with tools and data to drive growth initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce system administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Demonstrated proficiency building automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builders)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Familiarity with
    • SOQL and SOSL queries
    • HTML, JavaScript, CSS
    • MS SQL Server or other DBMS
  • Experience in data analytics, data mining and visualization
  • Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mindset and motivation to contribute to the organizational growth
  • Strong business acumen, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills, bias to action and ability to tackle challenges with creative and timely solutions
